‘Home reading books’ will be changed every day when children are finished with their books.
PE is on Tuesday and Thursday.
Children can visit the Library Wednesday lunchtime.
Homework is given out throughout the week depending on children’s needs. Doodle maths is part of 4T’s homework.
Creative Curriculum – Misty Mountain and Windy Rivers
This topic will introduce children to the amazing world of rivers and mountains. We will be learning about famous rivers, different types of mountains, how rivers are formed and their features, water cycles and how to use a compass.

What Are We Learning?
In English, we will be reading The Shang Dynasty. We will be exploring the features of a non-fiction text, and finding out about the history of China and the Dynasty.
In Maths, we will be studying decimals and money.
In Science, we will be learning about sound. Children will become experts in how sound travels and how the ear works.
In PSHE, we will be learning about relationships between people and animals.
In Latin, we will be learning basic nouns and verbs and exploring the roots of English.
This half term we will be using Charanga to learn new songs and rhythms.
In Computing, we will be learning about online safety and the strategies we can use to keep ourselves safe from phishing, spam and viruses.
