We believe that children learn better when they are encouraged to use their imagination and apply their learning to engaging contexts. Our curriculum provides lots of learning challenges throughout the academic year that will require the children to solve problems, apply themselves creatively and express their knowledge and understanding across the curriculum.
Children present their learning using history and geography scrap books, art sketchbooks and DT booklets which they personalise and develop throughout the year. We have found that our children take great pride and joy in the development of theses books and take real ownership of how they would like to present their leaning journey.
