Monday 1st March 2021

Dear parents,

I hope you are all well. Please find below details of changes for March 8th 2021:

ALL children will be back in school by Monday 8th March 2021.

You must ensure that if anyone in your household has COVID-19 symptoms, your child does NOT attend school and you inform the office staff. If anyone in your household, or your child, tests positive for COVID-19 you MUST inform your academy’s Principal.

Any child or staff member who develops symptoms in the school day will be sent home immediately so please make sure all contact numbers are up to date.

Children will keep to their Year group bubbles at all times, must wear school uniform and have a Caldmore Primary Academy P.E Kit in school daily.

Pupils will not be allowed to wear face coverings in the Academy.

There will be staggered start and finish times for each Year Group and there will be different entry/exit points dependent on Year Group.

Nursery      9 – 11.30 a.m or 12.45 – 3 p.m (Down the ramp and through EYFS gate)

Year 6      8.50 a.m – 2.50 p.m    (Down the front entrance steps)

Only one parent/carer to drop off and pick up children and you must keep to your given times and wear a face mask please.  A one way system remains in place around school.

There will be NO Breakfast Club until further notice. Children can have a bagel in class every morning if needed.

Please note that due to these unusual circumstances these plans are subject to change if needed and we will keep you informed as soon as possible of any changes taking place.

We appreciate that you are anxious to get your child back to school as soon as possible and we would like to thank you for your continued patience during this time and for your support with home learning.

Yours sincerely,

Mrs H.Mitchell
